About Us

Personal Best Education, established by The Mountbatten School in 2012, provides expert education, sports, and activities.
We aim to give individuals of all age groups and backgrounds the opportunity to achieve their personal best and positively contribute to their community, their organisations, and the wider world.

In 2024, Personal Best launched a new division, Personal Best International Education, to equip young people with the necessary knowledge and skills to be successful future citizens who positively impact our world and inspire hope for a brighter future.

Personal Best International Education brings together experienced UK Secondary School teachers, English language specialists, pastoral professionals, qualified sports and activities coaches and international summer camp experts to launch an inspiring and immersive International Education Programme for 2025.

We look forward to working with agent partners and schools around the world to help today’s young learners prepare for tomorrow’s world.

Meet the Team

The Personal Best International Team is led by Blair Byfield, with over 20 years’ experience in international education and educational leadership.

Sian and Petro Choma-Peters

The centre is managed by an experienced husband and wife team of Sian Choma-Peters and Petro Choma. Sian and Petro have over 25 years experience in the language industry, having run their own young learners centre in the UK.
