Location
All Personal Best International Education programmes take place at The Mountbatten School in Romsey, in the county of Hampshire, 80 miles southwest of London. Hampshire is known as the birthplace of Jane Austen and in Mediaeval times, its main city – Winchester – was the capital of England. Hampshire is conveniently located close to the UK’s main international airports.

We operate a 24-hour emergency number and students are never allowed off campus unsupervised.
Our Managers are on site throughout the session with our dedicated staff to ensure your child’s welfare.
Safe location
The Mountbatten School is situated in its own extensive grounds on the outskirts of a small town in the charming county of Hampshire. Classes and activities take place on site.
Accommodation
All accommodation is provided on site at The Mountbatten School. Accommodation comprises 4 or 6-bed newly-built dormitories with shared bathroom facilities. Boys and girls are accommodated separately. The accommodation block is linked to the classroom building via a covered walkway.
The residence has its own comfortable lounge area for socialising and relaxation.
Our managers live on site to ensure supervision with a staff/student ratio of at least 1 to 12.
Meals
We provide a variety of British and international dishes. There is always plenty of choice including vegetarian options.
As well as breakfast, lunch and dinner we provide an evening snack at the end of the activities programme.
Mealtimes are another opportunity to continue practising English.
Airport Transfers
Our trained staff will meet your child at the airport and see them safely through passport control on departure. They will always wait if a flight is delayed.
We recommend arriving at London Heathrow airport but can arrange transfers from other UK airports/locations on request.
