Aaron Oliver is the Digital Leader for Science at The Mountbatten School, where he leads the development of innovative digital resources and manages the STEM Leaders course, fostering a passion for science and technology. Throughout his tenure, Aaron has championed international collaboration, working closely with a partner school in India and has been a strong advocate for supporting primary education in the local community. His leadership extends beyond the classroom, having built and coached highly successful cricket teams that have triumphed in numerous Hampshire competitions. Before stepping into his current role, Aaron gained valuable experience as a Science Technician, which has enriched his approach to digital education and STEM initiatives.
